I've noticed at the opening and ending salutation of a VAJ class that
the Instructor says something that sounds like "Hochidosh"
then "Casscade" and then "Senseitachidosh". I'm not sure what is
actually being said but to my ear, that's what it sounds like. Could
anyone tell me what is really being said and what the words mean?
