The Long-Track North-America Regional Qualifying Event is on
January 10th and 11th. I need volunteers and am asking you for your
help during this event.

The tentative schedule is:
- Saturday January 10th
Start time 10:00am – end time 12:15pm
- Sunday January 11th
Start time 10:00am – end time 2:00pm

Would you please let me know asap if you are able to volunteer during
these days?
