Passing on some info for an upcoming competition in Fort Collins, CO.  More information and registration is available at http://www.fcgov.com/speedskating.  The attachment referred to is on the website, but here is a direct link: http://www.fcgov.com/recreation/pdf/ShortTrackOpen_Flier.pdf.  The competition includes a clinic hosted by Caroline Hallisey, Jondon Trevena, and Derek Para.

This is only the second competition we've had in Colorado in a number of years.  The other was hosted by our club last April.  We're pretty excited to get some competitions going locally.  Hope some of you consider making the trip!

Please see link listed below to website with registration and additional information. Note that registration is by mail in or by fax. It was not possible to do online registration at this time.

Please register as soon as possible so that we can make the best accomodations for the clinic and race. If you know your estimated times for 500, 1000, and 1500m that would be helpful to determine heats (just write those in the blank space somewhere).

Please post announcements at your local rink and forward to any groups or individuals who may be interested.
