Regular Season (March to October) Ultimate happenings for Saturday afternoons and Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Games are open to all and usually in the dirtbowl of Central Park (East Meadow - Just off 5th Ave, north of 97th Street.)

Nomad's Democratic Rules:

1. No Stall Count - though experienced players are expected to move the disc with ten seconds.
2. No Lights versus Darks - know your teammates and if you goof call "shirt foul!"
3. No Last Backs - everyone that wants it gets about equal play time when present.
