to keep our tennis club active, we will check the members and take out
people who is inactive. What do we mean inactive? We mean people who
never play, never participate any club activities, never send a
message, or never indicate to play. Those people may never read emails
from our club. So there is no need at all for those people stay in the
club.

If you have played in our meeting, you will staying in our list and
nothing to worry about. If not, please send me an email to indicate
that you will play at some point.

We will start deleting inactive members in 2 weeks. For people who
never played before, you need to show up to stay in the list.

If you have more than one email in our list, please let me know so I
can keep all of your emails.
