someone, and i won't mention kyle's name, said
something about just getting the info when others come
back from the hoitsugan seminars. with all respect
for the people who go and bring the info home to the
others, it is a little like the game where you pass
info from one person to the next (no, not spin the
bottle). something gets lost along the way. i know i
don't always remember, or get, all of what jon keeling
teaches so you guys do not even hear it at all.
also when you hear something from a different
instructor it can bring on a whole meaning to you
about something that you just did not get from someone
else's explanation, or even know there was something
to "get".
i am not selling the seminars. they really are
a way to share a tradition and the money goes to pay
for the transportation and lodging of the instructors,
not profit. if you are interested in carrying on a
tradition and heightening your awareness of karate, go
to at least part of the seminars. aloha, jon w
