It turns out I will likely not be able to do it on April 9th. 

I guess that not many people would make it on the 2nd and the
16th is Easter so that probably won't work.  If it turns out we
cannot do the 9th, how does the 23rd look for people?  Or
perhaps Saturday the 8th (or 15th), in the afternoon (2-4pm-ish)?

Your flexibility is appreciated.  Please let me know what looks
like it will work best for the most people.
