The East Texas PumpJacks vs. the Victoria Generals
The PumpJacks got behind early, giving up six runs in
the first innning but came back to win it 9-6.

![]() Saturday's Game was on the 65th anniversary of D-Day.
Congressman Louie Gohmert (center) threw out the first pitch
and talked briefly about D-Day. On the Left is General Manger
Mike Lieberman. On the right is Chub Boyd a Veteran of
World War II.
![]() David Rollins from Galveston, a Freshman at San Jacinto
North was the starting pitcher. He gave up only one run in five
innings. When he left the game the relief pitchers were not as
good ... giving up 8 runs among them. PumpJacks lost 9-1.
In the second game on Saturday, Victoria won 9-1.
The PumpJacks then beat McKinney Sunday night at home and again Monday night
in McKinney, to bring their season record up to 3-1.
A win over Coppell on Tuesday night brought their record up to a league leading 4-1. Their Wednesday game with Coppell was cancelled due to strong storms in the metroplex and will not be made up.
The PumpJacks have now had a couple of days off before playing Brazos Valley at home on Saturday June 13.
