Re: [TylerBaseball] Cynde & Eddie mentioned during Rangers-Braves game Thursday!

Actually, I thought the mascots were pretty good, especially the donkey. We were sitting right behind home plate and a foul ball actually fell in there through a hole at the top.

You can buy score card books fairly cheaply at Wal-Mart. We always did that so that we could keep the whole year's stats in one book. The sound system is kind of wonky, but I couldn't hear Chuck Morgan yesterday at The Ballpark. Or, I could hear him, I just couldn't understand a word he was saying. I really had a good time, though. Hoping to go tomorrow night (although Eddie's on call this weekend).

The only place you can't go after a foul ball is on the third base side because of the construction. My nephew got three foul balls the night he went.

The scoreborad went out because of the storm and they worked all during the game to try and fix it.. I am sure they are working on it again today. They did not sell programs but they did handout rosters with the players stats on them.

I think the mascots do as good a job as any that any I have seen in Tyler.

I guess no matter what they do somebody wil be unhappy about something.

Went to the Pump Jacks game last night! Was dissappointed really! But they came back and won! WOW! First off they don't sell a program or scorecard. As I enjoy keeping score. Then there the scoreboard. No way of keeping up with the game. The sound season stinks I had to turn up my hearing aids to hear the annoucer. The mascots are a joke all they do is walk the concourse.Wrong there out there to entertain the fans and get the fans into the game like GO JACK PUMPS GO! I think Mike needs to get these items taken care of. Also whats the deal you can't go after foul balls! Give me a break! I'll stick with my indy ball.
