Oh, were to begin:


* Not enough ROLL PLAYERS on Team USA

* The rest of the world caught up with us 10 years ago, but it was the
proverbial 500-pound elephant sitting in your living room that no one talks
about.

* national pride has been replaced with MLB team loyalty (human beings =
investments)

* Pre-tournament apathy/flippancy



Not being of the belief that Team USA had to dominate to tournament for it
to be legitimate, I have thoroughly enjoyed it !!

I think more MLBers will be interested in 2009, having how great this
tournament can be.

First & foremost: HIRE MLB & JAPANESE LEAGUE UMPIRES FOR 2009 !!!
