At Pete Goldsby Field in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the Tyler Roughnecks lost
their inaugural game to the Baton Rouge Blue Marlins, 7-5. Nolan Lane, Larry
Bethea & Ramon Ruiz all homered for the Roughnecks, but Blue Marlins left
fielder Mike Perini’s two-out, two-run, home run in the bottom of the
seventh broke a 5-5 tie & was the eventual game-winner.
