Thanks, all of you for the good wishes, and Tom...green is not a good color
for you, especially since you're the one who has been going to the Frisco
games, and we have had nothing. hahahhaa
We can all be bitter and hold grudges against AAA and CBL, but life goes on.
I am definitely going into this with my eyes wide open, my purpose is to do
my best to promote these teams to the community and build a fan and support
base that will sustain them. If it doesn't happen, then you can lead a
horse to water, but you can't make them drink. I won't take it personally
or be offended if it doesn't happen and they send me packing. As long as
they are open and honest with me and I'm not leaving with a knife in my
back.
I'd like to rent my house out for the 6 months I will be gone, not taking
much with me so it will be furnished and comes with a guard dog outside. If
anyone knows of someone that would pay $200 a month, please send them my
way. 2 acres, fenced in, 4 dog kennels, totally private, great garden
possibility.

> Good luck to you and the SWL. It's always nice to see baseball return to
some historical markets/locations.

> Hope your trip has a better outcome than my season in Alexandria (i.e.,
team running out of money and now being folded by CBL).
