Local ownership seems to be the wave of the future with all the Independant
leagues. From what I understand, they are all curving in that direction.
Not a bad idea, especially since that will certainly make for more involved
advertising and sponsorships. But only if they believe and are certainly
PROVEN that there is enough local interest to support a team.
That is what I am hearing and being asked for.
