Tom,
I don’t totally disagree with you -- multiple roster changes DO make for an
unstable clubhouse, but you have to admit that two of the better players on
the 2001 Roughnecks, Malvin Matos & Russ Herbert were the result of
Maddock’s “tweaking”. I supposed he just got carried away with the unique
power bestowed upon Independent League managers.

How ‘bout Sean Collins for manager & MadDog for pitching coach?
