Hi Jeff.  Do you know that there is a series of swim clinics going on at Spears right now?  It started last Sunday.  They meet on Sundays at 4:30pm and Wednesdays at 7pm.  There's a coach that provides drills, instructions, etc.  Most of the participants are triathletes but I've heard the first two clinics were great.  Check at the front desk if you are interested.

Hey Jeff, I swim just about every Sat. morning at the Spears Y at 6am with Crystal Lynch (Ron Booker's niece). We swim for at least 30 min., most of the time...
