The following TrackChaser Rule Proposal was recently voted on by the
eligible voters:

"Any racing event in which the shape of the course is not predetermined,
and/or may change from lap to lap, can not be used to count a track. These
events include, but are not limited to, Hound & Hare events."

The results of the vote, which ended November 30th and took effect on
December 1st, are as follows:

YES--12
NO--2

Thus, the Hound & Hare type event can no longer be used to count a track. It
was good to see that 14 of the 19 eligible TrackChasers cast their vote on
this ballot.
