After reading a handful of e-mails from people about this, I felt complelled
to send a follow-up for clarification:

For these hat tourneys, we actually do the hat drawings for teams the night
before, so that we can ensure that the teams are well-balanced, as well as
begin play quickly on Saturday. So, to emphasize what I hinted at earlier,
you really should have your entry forms and fees in by Friday. Please try
to accommodate us organizers as best you can. If you're planning on showing
up Saturday morning and registering, I obviously recommend a different
plan.....
