Below is the scoop on the hat tournament, guys. We are shooting for 60
people on a first-come basis, so the sooner you can mail your entry form in
the better, and I apologize for the short notice. Spread the word, too.
This is great opportunity to meet players from other areas or on other
teams, or simply get a lot of PT in a tournament, yet casual, atmosphere. I
have attached an entry form in Word format (preferred) and copied it into
the plain text below, in case you can't/don't get the attachment. I don't
anticipate having to turn anyone away, but our capacity IS somewhat limited
if we get an avalanche of entries, so PLEASE try to get your entry in the
mail today or tomorrow to ensure you're in good standing. It only takes a
minute. I hope to hear from you soon! I will try to send a "confirmation
e-mail" Thursday night (4/3), so you know the latest. -KG

What: One day, hat format, ultimate tournament
Come to Williamsburg Saturday, April 5th, for a fun-filled day of ultimate.
We have secured two wonderful playing fields on the College of William &
Mary's campus for the day, and will do everything in our power to ensure
good weather. The entry fee is $13 per person and will include water,
fruit, bagels, and a commemorative team t-shirt to all entrants. Each team
will have a 12 person roster and will get to play at least four games...
plus, there will be skills contests between games for which winners will
receive free discs! So, spread the word! Fill out the entry form below
(please ensure delivery before 4/4). Games start at 9:30 Saturday morning.

Directions to the Dillard Complex:
from I-64 East (from Richmond) exit 234 (Lightfoot Exit, Route 199 East),
right at end of exit. take 199 to the Longhill exit, left at end of exit.
follow Longhill Connector Road to Ironbound Road (Plumeri Park baseball
stadium on your left, Eastern State Hospital on your right), left onto
Ironbound. second left into the Dillard Complex.
from W & M main campus: Richmond Road to left Ironbound (Burger King on
your right, Crown gas station and Best Western Hotel on your left). Past
the elementary school and the Dillard Complex will be on your right.
