We're signed up for the Ladera 10k on Sat. So I don't want to kill my legs on a
friday morning run.

Tom - what would be a good 4 miler that isn't killer?

I know you schedule Quail Hill for Sunday.

M

If you don't mind a little asphalt, the Oso Creek Trail is 4 miles up and back.
It's close by and has a very gradual incline.
