You know, My 1911 shoots great. It shoots less than 1" at 25 yards, it has a
smooth trigger, and it's 100% reliable. Total cost? I paid $450 for it, then
another $550 for parts. I did most of the gunsmithing myself. Only thing I
didn't do was the refinishing.

Needless to say, why would I pay nearly $3k for a 1911 that won't shoot any
better than mine?
