I would be very cautious of any school that claims to teach Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) or "Cage fighting". If they claim this, make sure they have some kind of legitimate martial art base.
Do you consider JKD legitimate...I do.

jkd is a very valid style when being learned from someone who knows his stuff. but there r alot of fakes out there i found who dont have legit background...
I agree I hold belts in TKD and Kenpo. Both good but less effective in a fight( I just opened a can of worms I'm sure) as you say with JKD the prove is out...
