if i can be so bold, check out the fight schools in
your area, i would say look for a school that teaches
jujitsu and kick boxing. also lift low weight with
high repitition,. the low weight and high rep will
not make u big and bulky but will give u muscles
that will be longer lasting in a fight.
and yes any of us can always stand to improve. only
a fool thinks he cant get better.
kick boxing and jujitsu both offer good skills, but
different skills. 1 is good for on the ground while
the other is good for stand up fighting. put them
together and u should have a more well rounded style.
