Hi there crew,

Well things are on the way we have sheduled Friday June 15th at
7.30pm for our Table Tennis get together. We are waiting to see on
the availability of tables prior to final confirmation of the venue,
so will have to get back to you on this one soon.

I have spoken with a number of you personaly and we would like to
make sure that dates work for every one, so please advise me ASAP if
the 15th of June DOES NOT work for you.

The session will go from about 7.30 - 9.30 and we can finish up with
a few drinks and chin wag.
