Meet up at 5:30 in front of Spin Street Bikes, just north of GrandRiver Ave on
Turner Street in Old Towne Lansing. We'll be heading Northup Turner and onto
country roads. Expect 2 hours of intervals, sprints,and race technique work.

For those coming from MSU/E. Lansing, Catch the river trail at
Kalamazoo for a nice warm up ride to Old Towne, the trail crosses Grand
River Ave. about a block from the shop.
