Hey ladies – If any of you are interested in forming a team for a fun, small, women’s only, sprint tri in the Spokane area I know of 2 team tickets for sale. It’s the Valley Girl Triathlon: http://www.valleygirltri.com/. The event is great for first timers. Registration fills up within hours of opening, but I have some friends who need to give up their team spaces.

Location: Liberty Lake – outside of Spokane
Cost: $115.00 per team (You might be able to change the reg from a team to a single entry.)
