Listen to mini-presentations from Pacific Medical Center doctors and the LUNA Chix on: - Preventing and caring for sports-related injuries (PMC Doctor) - Nutrition for athletes (PMC Nutritionist) - Race Preperation - Effective heart-rate training - Choosing the races that are right for you - Triathon Equipment - must have vs nice to have! - And more! Afterwards, we will have a question and answer session with the Pacific Medical Center doctors and the LUNA Chix. This will be a relaxed and comfortable setting where you can feel free to ask absolutely ANY question you may have. Pacific Medical Center will also have a drawing for a free MASSAGE at their spa-like Diagnostic and Wellness Center. Check it out! Light snacks (fruit, bagels, etc.) and water will be provided. Where: Pacific Medical Center, Beacon Hill 1200 12th Ave S Seattle, WA 98144 Directions Follow the 'Main Entrance Parking' sign. After turning into the driveway, park in the garage on your left. Enter the clinic via the main entrance, turn left, and walk down the hall. We will be in the large conference room at the end of the hall.
