Afterwards, we will have a question and answer session with all of the presenters.  This will be a relaxed and comfortable setting where you can feel free to ask absolutely ANY question you may have.  The clinic will be useful to both the beginner and intermediate triathlete.

We will have a raffle at the end; the grand prize is a free MASSAGE at Pacific Medical Center's new Diagnostic and Wellness Center (http://www.pacificmedicalcenters.org/dwc/therapeuticmassage.html). Light snacks (fruit & bagels) and water will also be provided.
