I agree - I have done her half marathon and half iron man trainings on more than a few occasions and found them well worth the money and the time

Hi Ladies,
I can recommend Cheryl Marek of Help Training. I met Cheryl originally thru Team Danskin training and trained with her for several years.
She's an excellent coach and offers training for Half/Full Marathon as well as Half/Full Ironmans.
I really respect her coaching style as she looks at form, flexibility, injury prevention, goal setting.
I can't say enough about her.
Julie

yes me too! i took the chi running last year and that helped but i feel
like no matter how much i get out and run whether its 3 miles or 8 every
step is a struggle. i started running on trails a bit which is a little
more interesting then streets and the buerk but i could use tips as
well. enjoy kt
