Thanks, LaVonne.  I too would like to give a shout out for this great resource.  I am currently using it myself and have been off and on for the last couple of years.  You can also track your activity levels to compare calories consumed versus burned and the best part is that it's free!

Anway, thanks to Jessi Hayden-Spear who pointed me in the direction
of this fabulous resource! I'm just getting started with it, but so
far I've found you can type in what food you ate and it will give you
the nutritional breakdown. Plus, you can add in foods they don't
have (like the LUNA Bar I just ate!). It will track your calories,
fat, protein and carbohydrates for the day. It's awesome!
