Everyday Athlete Swim Workouts   Message List

If you're looking for masters workouts on the eastside, this from one
of our sponsors, Everyday Athlete...

Hi Everyone,
Well, Everyday Athlete and the St. Edward Park Pool are teaming up
to offer some masters swimming training. I will be leading workouts
there on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am, and Monday and Wednesday
mornings at 6:00 am. The workouts will be one hour long with my
usual mix of warm-ups, drills, and longer swims. We will start
Sunday, December 2, 3 and 5 and every Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday
after that.

The pool management has allocated three lanes for the masters group
and we can take more lanes if we get more than or four people per
lane. Swimmers will pay the normal $5 fee to the pool.
Unfortunately, the swim cards you may have purchased from Everyday
Athlete in the past will not get you into this swim.

Directions to the pool;

y=Kenmore&state=WA&zipcode=98028

Head up Juanita Drive either from Kenmore or Kirkland. Near the top
of the hill is a driveway serving both Bastyr University and St.
Edward Park. At the fork in the road take a right and continue
another quarter of a mile to the pool. It is a low, one story
building.

Tell your friends. Feel free to forward this e-mail on. We hope this
can become a valuable fixture in the Kirkland and Seattle area
athletic scene. I will be on deck giving detailed instruction and
stroke evaluation. Remind your friends that this is a workout, and if
they can not swim two lengths without stopping, they may need some
lessons before they will get full benefit of my coaching.

See you at St. Ed's
