Next Tuesday's Team LUNA Chix workout will be in Marymoor Park in Redmond. Directions can be found here - http://www.cascade.org/EandR/maps/marymoor.cfm . As it's getting darker earlier these days, the workout will be a bit shorter than we'd like, but given that it might be a recovery week for quite a few of you... that's a good thing! Some of you will be coming off Reebok and other races this weekend and others will be tapering for next week's Kirkland Tri.
The plan is for a Bike/Run brick workout on the Sammamish River Trail (which leaves from Redmond's Marymoor Park and connects to the Burke-Gilman trail further north) - approximately 30 minutes of biking (out and back), followed by 30 minutes of running.
Bring your biking gear (bike, helmet, shoes) and running stuff (running shoes), water... and join us for next Tuesday's workout. We will meet in the Velodrome parking lot in Marymoor Park (if you followed the link above, the map will point you to the parking lot in question with a red star - if you didn't, then just follow the signs when you get into the park.)
We cater to all ability levels from the experienced to the first time triathlete. Workout plans may vary based on abilities/levels in attendance.
