Hi Ladies!
I hope you're all ready for our first workout of the season! It
will be a run workout at Lincoln Park in West Seattle on Tuesday,
May 15th at 6:15 p.m. Be ready to start running at 6:30 p.m. All
ability levels are welcome.
Directions can be found at:
http://www.seattle.gov/parks/parkspaces/LincolnPark/directions.htm#car
We will meet in the south end parking lot off Fauntleroy Way SW.
The plan is for a slow and steady run workout through the trails of
Lincoln Park for 30 to 45 minutes. We'll have 3, 4, and 5 mile
courses led by three LUNA Chix. Here's a link to a nice trail map
of Lincoln Park, in case you'd like to familiarize yourself with the
park beforehand:

Bring your running gear and water or sports drink. We'll have LUNA
bars to share as usual!
We cater to all ability levels from the experienced to the first
time triathlete. Workout plans may vary based on abilities/levels
in attendance.
The workouts are free; however, we are always collecting donations
for the Breast Cancer Fund. Please visit their web site at
www.breastcancerfund.org for more information.
See you next week! Feel free to email or call if you have any
questions.
