I don't know of a study close to your home, but if you are new to yoga and a triathlete, I would encourage you to try Power Yoga and Bikram Yoga. Both are done in a heated room, and are more active than some types of classes. You work hard.
I get 1 Bikram and 1 power class in each week during off season. In season I only do Bikram as I find the Power class is just takes too much out of me so it takes away from what I can do in my training.
Bikram is more about flexibility and balance, and power focuses on both of those, but also builds a lot more strength.
Have fun!

Subject: [TeamLUNAChix] Yoga Studios?
I have been thinking about trying out yoga classes. Does anyone know
of a good studio to go to? I would like to go to a studio close to
work, West Seattle, or close to my home, Wallingford.
