For those of you who've been doing some serious cross-training in the snow, here is a snowshoe adventure race in a few weeks that you might want to check out... I don't know any more than is on the Website and in the attachment (e-mail was forwarded on by co-worker).

Greetings!

 

Want to let you know about an exciting Snowshoe adventure race (http://4thdar.com/default.aspx ) in Snowqualmie Pass on Feb 4th (Sunday). The course is designed with a winning time of 4 hours, and most teams are expected to finish within 7 hours.  We'll have prizes for the top finishers in the 3 and 4 person coed division, as well as prize raffling at the post race party. The holiday special registration is good till EOD today so please register or send email to 4thDRacing@... today if you are interested in racing!

 

Holiday special! $60 per person (on or before Jan. 8th 2007)
Early registration $80 per person (Jan 8th - Jan 25th 2007)
Regular registration $100 per person (Jan 25th - Feb 3rd 2007)

Everyone - if you are interested in this race I encourage you to find out more. It is an adventure race put on by Roger and Yumay, two local adventure...
