Get a jump on the competition and start your triathlon swim training
early this year! This is a great way to prepare for your upcoming
triathlon season. There will be a specific emphasis on stroke
technique, stroke efficiency, and overall power and strength to move
you through the water more quickly. There will be two eight week
session leading right up to the triathlon training program. The first
eight weeks are primarily stroke drills and strength building. The
second eight weeks will continue the focus of forms and drills and
start building on endurance and maintaining your "great" form
throughout the entire race distance. These will all be key workouts
in making the open water portion of your races more efficient, quick
and enjoyable!
Sessions begin on January 22 and will begin on January 22 and will be
on Mondays from 6:15-7pm. Cost is $125 for eight weeks. Please pre-
