Transitions 101 Clinic

Former Luna Chix, Teresa Nelson, will host our exciting transition clinic on Wednesday, July 16, at Genesee Park.  Teresa is currently the founder and owner of TN Multisports in Seattle.  She is certified as an ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, an NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and as a USA Triathlon coach.  With seven years of triathlon experience and a professional USAT racing license, Teresa knows how to have fast transitions.

 

This clinic will go over EVERYTHING you need to know about the transition area: equipment set-up, proper attire, what to expect on race day, how to drop time in your transitions, and much more.  Bring everything - all your equipment and race day gear, including your wetsuit and bike.

 

Transitions 101: 6:15pm

This clinic will cover the basics of transitions.  If you have never raced before or want some tips and tricks to improve your transition times, this is the clinic for you.

The clinics will begin promptly, so please arrive early to sign waivers.  Sign-up is mandatory and limited to 20 participants.
