Hi Ladies!

I hope you are enjoying these nice days...time to get out on your bikes!  :-)

I just wanted to let everyone know we've been working hard on our plans for this season.  Here's an update:

Our first event of the season will be a Bike Maintenance Clinic and Kickoff Party on April 22nd.  Mark your calendars!  This will be a great way to get your bike in shape for the season, and a fun way to meet and get to know other women triathletes.  We'll have food there...and of course LUNA bars!  The cost will be $20, which will go to Breast Cancer Fund.  More information will follow on this, as will sign-up information (because space will be limited).

The weekly workouts will be on Tuesday's, starting at 6:15 pm.  The locations and discipline will vary, we'll have a complete schedule out by the end of March.  They will start on May 2nd with an easy run!  These are free and open to everyone.  Keep this night free!

We are planning 1-2 clinics a month, including Agility and Core Conditioning, Wetsuit and Open Water Swim, Cycling Skills, and more!  Stay tuned...

I also mentioned earlier that we will be selling 10 week race preperation training plans.  So if you're training for your first Danskin and haven't a clue what to do, this would be great for you!  Or, if you want to get serious and improve your time at Seafair, then a plan will be developed for you too.  These will be at an affordable fee, with part of the proceeds going to BCF.  More info will follow on this too, but if you want to get started early, you can contact Teresa Nelson and triteresa@....

That's it for now, take care!  Of course you can e-mail me anytime with questions.

LaVonne
