Have you every wanted to run a half marathon? If you have never done one and want to, now's the time! Especially because you race before tri season starts, then focus on your swimming and biking.
This is not a Luna Chix sanctioned thing (so no Luna waivers to fill out, no money towards BCF), BUT, it's lead by one of the LUNA Chix, Teresa Nelson. If you've been to any of our workouts, you'll know that Teresa is the Chix that always seemed to know what she was doing! Vancouver Half Marathon Training
Race Date: May 7
Training Start Date: March 5th
Group will meet on Sundays around 9:30am for the longer runs at various Seattle Locations.
Cost: $100/month.

The first run will be 4-6 miles depending on current level and running experience. This will be a great way to start getting to running shape for triathlon season. We will go over proper shoe fit, adequate hydration, refueling, race day preparation, and the components of a successful training program.
