Ladies, is this your year to "rock" a triathlon?
If you've never done a sprint triathlon or just want to improve your
performance from last year, this program is for you!
TN Multisports is offering a 4 month training program in order for you
to race the 2009 Trek Women's series Sprint Triathlon in July or the
2009 Danskin SheRocks Woman's Sprint Triathlon in August.
During the 4 months, we provide:
- organized outdoor group workouts 2-3x/week
- 4 month training program
- run, bike and swim techniques
- race day nutrition
- most importantly, be available to give you guidance and support from
the time you start training to the time you run across the finish line!

and the list goes on!
