Bellevue/ Seattle 6 week running groups What: Beth Baker of Running Evolutions will be molding us into shape for our 6 week training group for the St. Patrick's Day Dash on March 15th. What to Expect: Weekly runs to build endurance Coaching Support Tips on Nutrition, Shoes, and improving your form Where: Title Nine - Bellevue and Seattle (Green Lake) When: We will have 3 separate running groups that will meet on the same day for the 6 weeks that we will be meeting.
