For the Speed, you could go for a 62T chainring at Hostel Shoppe for
about $50-. It will add quite a bit to the top end.
For the 700... 24T chainring and a 11-34 PG-970 SRAM cassette [you
can mix and match your PG950 cogs if you want].

bearing on what gear changes mean on a particular drivetrain:
