Not to sound big headed, but as far as I'm concerned as long as the
pace doesn't go above 18 mph for a long time I'm ok. The reason I
asked is that my wife is a beginning rider and I plan on bringing her
along. The trail is pretty flat, and I thought it would be a good
opportunity for her to get some miles in and see something a little
different. If she get's to going to slow, you can just take off at
your pace. OK?
Oh, by the way, I just got confirmed reservations at the Central
Motel for the 23rd and 24th so we should be all set. We will be in
the new building on the ground floor, and we should be in my 56 Ford
pickup so we should be easy to find.
If Hamptons Bike shop is going to be open Saturday, I'd like to go
south first to stop in and say hello if you don't mind. Regis and
Cindy are really good folks, but they close the shop for the summer
and I'm not sure exactly when.
Looking forward to seeing you soon, my regular e-mail is
(
dvs56@... ) if you want to take this off line.
