Kevin,
I did the same thing a few weeks ago, and never got a reply, so I'll
send you one. I pick up my new Cat Trike Trail, with the upgraded
shifters on SUNDAY afternoon from Atlantic Bicycle in Margate, FL.
Like you, I just sold my two wheeler (an Actionbent Jetstream I) on
eBay and shipped it to Yakima, WA to it's new owner. I crashed my two
wheeler a half dozen times in the 2 1/2 years I rode it, mostly soft
get-off on sand, or sandy pavement, tho' I did crash HARD a couple
years ago when I hit a chuck hole while in a fast turn. Did a
low-side get off so fast I was still clipped in and holding the handle
grips when I came to a sliding stop.
I really look forward to riding the new trike after work this summer,
and on weekends for long rides.
Good to meet you!
Tractor Tom in Okeechobee, FL
