Assuming you have a place to store it, and the ride in and back is safe
for you and others, there should be no reason not to commute in it.
wheter it is the best trike to use is up to your values - it will be
the fastest by a mile per hour or so of all the trikes in the Catrike
line (maybe the speed 0f the speed is equivalent?), and your ability to
carry stuff is limited only by how much you want to carry - limited by
the racks and bags you hang on it (which decreases the speed/ease
factor because of weight!)
Frankly, I wanted a bike for fun, so I bought the pocket. Smallest,
lightest, quick in the twisties! Single rack in back, and large bag on
it gets the the ability to carry "stuff". All of the trikes are able
to be hooked up to a trailer if you are so inclined.
Research the net for reviews, try to ride a few, and your heart and
head will show you the way.
