Lubricate your rear derailleur and see if that takes care of it.

Need some help! I have a 2006 Road and love it....but Ihave a squeak
which is driving me nuts!!!! When I have my chain on any of the front
gears.....but have the back of the chain on the smallest gear..I get a
squeak! It only happens when the chain is in that position. I will
click up a gear in the back and it stops! Any suggestions?
