Clean Air Ride
A one day bike tour showcasing the Withlacoochee State Trail.
Riders can choose 12, 20, 48 or 100 miles. Enjoy the sights and sounds
of nature in Spring. The Withlacoochee State Trail runs through
Citrus, Hernando and Pasco counties. The ride starts at Ridge Manor
Trailhead, 1 mile east of I-75 and State Road 50, 7-9 AM. Registration
is $25 for adults ($12 for kids under 12 accompanied by adult) and
includes commemorative t-shirt, continental breakfast, light lunch
from 11-2, as well as drinks and snacks. Event t-shirts guaranteed to
riders registered by March 5, 2007. Walk-up registration accepted, and
includes t-shirt if available. 4 SAG stops along the route. Restrooms
also available. Support ends at 3PM. All donations support the Key
Training Center in Citrus County. The Key Training Center trains and
supports adults with developmental disabilities and mental retardation
in Citrus, Hernando, and west central Florida.
