Just found this over on the Vinduro group
"But, the good thing with Bultaco ignitions is the crank end and stator
mounting is the same for all 5 speed engines; meaning you can swap a
Femsa points system in if the Motoplat quits."

Hi all,
I'm looking for a rear wheel off of a Mdl.135 or later Pursang or
Fontera. Y'know the one that has the brake and sprocket on opposite
sides. Need the backing plate and shoes and all the associated parts.
Also the brake pedal and rod, and the axle if possible.
Thanks,
Craig

I am looking for a front wheel for my MK6 (103). The rim on the back is
an Akront without the high lip---sorry I don't know the proper name. It
does not have to be in perfect condition--relatively round and no
cracks would be a great start.
Thanks,
Michael

Gang,
The Potomac Vintage Riders Swap Meet in York, PA is coming up on Sunday the
22nd. www.potomacvintageriders.com I'll be heading down on Saturday with
several other VMX guys and wanted to see if anyone wanted to meet up. This
is a Great event with tons of parts, memorabilia, bikes and show. Rae
Tyson, Al Conte and their Club really know how to do this right and it's a
nice opportunity to pick up hard-to-find parts and meet some of the odd
folks behind these keyboards <SMILE>
Let me know!

TeamBultaco were planning to make any quisitions of the two wheeled

ok, outside Yakima...
€ A real AHRMA Cross Country Race on FEBRUARY 28th.
€ no MX this weekend, Cross Country Only.
€ The place: about 15 miles east of Yakima Washington.
So read up on Cross Country Rules in the 2006 Ahrma Rulebook, boys.
€ Classes include Premier, Classic, Vintage, Historic and Post Vintage
That looks peculiar on the page to the Motocrosser; "Post Vintage" is a
Class! Is that cool or what? OK, this is new territory, so lets support the
Sport.
We're looking to get a head count of riders that are interested, so anyone
post if you intend to come. This is the FIRST Cross Country Race of the new
season/region.
we'll know more later about course length, etc.

what I'll do with it, but I just couldn't resist. It was so cute just

next month. See it in photos, Uncle Bill's stuff. Bill
Thanks Michael, that is great, now I can identify the riders! Thanks again...I
will send a few over! Jeff

Hi Jeff,
I was there and probably noticed by all in a spectacular crash that ripped my
left arm out of its socket. Go to www.acrmx.com
and look under Points for Southwick. It contains the rider roster and results
specifically for the 'Running of the Buls'. If you have
any cool shots send them on over.

Hey Guys
Hope everyone had a great Christmas! This is kinda a long shot
question, but did anyone in this forum ride a ACR event this year at
Southwick Ma. I am looking to identify some riders I have photos of in
the "Running of the Buls" race.
Thanks, Jeff Conboy
I'm looking for a model 103 to 135 motor. The chain derailed and
knocked a big hole in the cases. I'm in California, if you have a set
of cases or a complete mtr let me know.

Since I'm no longer a Metralla owner, I'd like to find a new host for
the Metralla site that I've been maintaining:
http://www3.telus.net/gdockray/bultaco/
I'll leave it up for a couple more months & hopefully I'll find a
Metrall devotee that will be interested.

I'm not sure there is such thing as a "plain old garden variety"
Metralla. Garden varieties would have to be bikes like 600 Katanas and
KZ440LTDs, maybe modern HD Sporties and and perhaps even an R75/6, but
definitely not a Met.

Well,... no, it's the plain old garden variety yellow one with the big
old honking drum brake that will throw you over the bars. I think I
prefer that one over the rarer one, the drum brake and spokes, and
round instument goes with the look of the thing.
It was one that some guy's neighbor set up to road race back when, and
I guess he got blown off by Yamahas and Suzukis and parked it for 10
years. I've had it about 14 years. It's got a Pursang top end and pipe
on it. I was thinking about putting a 370 Pursang motor in it.
