Tommy,

I agree, personal stories, and personal pics are the best.

C'mon guys, send me your personal racing pics, recent or "back in
the day", it doesn't matter, I'll put them up on the TeamBultaco
homepage.

Rick

The personal stories are always the best! I've also known Reese
through the CZ connection for a few years now. Some personal emails,
phone call from him while I was in the hospital a year ago, and I made
some CZ parts for him. The vintage bike scene is a small world while
being worldwide too. Kool!.....tm

Reese is a great guy. I have known him since the mid '70s when we
used to race the 125 intermediate class in Montana. He had the
coolest Honda 125's back then. They were like RC's with all sorts of
aircraft fasteners and even an RC type gas tank, when no one else had
them except the factory Honda guys. Now he calls them "El-snores" He
must have gotten tired of them. I was riding a Yamaha YZ 125 in '77
and even got a chance to dice it out with Robbie Knievel at Butte
Montana's MX track. He was on a '77 Honda 125. Robbie won because he
was a smoother more consistent rider and I was like "crash Johnson".
Luckily I have outgrown that kind of over exuberant riding since
then.

It was a bit dusty but the wind blew the dust away so quickly it
wasn't that much of a problem. Also the guys did a fantastic job of
watering as best they could. Like they said, "It's a desert".
That was a fairly tough trial. You weren't the only one who
got "heat frustration". Poor Tom Street nearly passed out while
riding number four and just stopped mid section. It looked like he
was not with it for about five minutes. Still had a ball. Got to ride
Dick Mann's Ariel 350 for like an hour after the trials, so had a
fantastic time. --- In TeamBultaco@yahoogroups.com, "friesen_dave"

Craigslist discourages multiple searches so it's not foolproof.

That would be nice, but so far I haven't found it. What I did find, is a program
that separates the ads with pictures from no-pic ads, and displays all the
pictures in thumbnail format, at one time.
