I have a MK-8 250 Pursang that I want to make AHRMA legal. Does anyone have a suggestion for someone who can modify the lower shock mounts for 4" of travel?...

For the forks- you can cut down the damping rods, but that can be kind of tricky. I have made spacers out of aluminum and put them under the top out springs...
