Model 135 Swingarm Modifications

I have a MK-8 250 Pursang that I want to make AHRMA legal. Does anyone
have a suggestion for someone who can modify the lower shock mounts for
4" of travel? Can I just cut the damping rods 1 " and modify the holes
or is there another way to get the forks down to 7" of travel? Thanks!
